Eleonora's Poleblade for pure Arcane build? Is this weapon viable for this kind of build? I know it scales better with dex, especially when upgraded, but I really like the weapon art, and it has really good blood build up. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. Also blackflame tornado can be insane on twinblade once you find it. I found myself really well with Eleonora's at +10.Eleonora's Poleblade is furthermore one of the weakest Twinblades for bloodloss because it only reaches around 83 Blood or something at 80 Arcane (its L2 has a ton of build-up which is the only reason it's actually a good blood weapon) while Blood infused Twinblades can reach around 141 on an Arcane build.Yea it's an actual NPC invader and not just that dude that comes bubbling up out of the ground. From the information online, I'm told that points into Arcane will increase the bleed rate number on bleed weapons that have arcane scaling, so was expecting the little number in 'causes blood loss ...I was using that whip with hoarfrost stomp and it was pretty solid for me. The bleed is nice. It did alright damage too. It's a good early to mid game pvp weapon with cold affinity. Cold affinity has poor scaling though, and Thorned whip has better scaling/ lower base damage.
The weapon art is one of the coolest in the game and can be effective against groups of enemies. Now powestancing it with another twinblade with bleed/frost + jump attack can be OP. Dual wielding them, using a talisman that boosts successive attacks by 30%, talisman that boosts dex a lil and successive attacks again by another 20%, and then jump attack talisman for another 30% damage boost for jump attacks.
