Omicron Delta Kappa (ΟΔΚ), also known as The Circle and ODK, is a prestigious honor society located in the United States with chapters at more than 300 college campuses. It was founded December 3, 1914, at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia , by 15 student and faculty leaders.These are, in the chronological order of their involvement with Delta Theta Phi: Delta Phi Delta, Alpha Kappa Phi, Theta Lambda Phi, and Sigma Nu Phi. Delta Theta Phi is the result of the historic amalgamation of the first three law fraternities and a more recent merger that incorporated the fourth into the order.
