Below is a pic of a syringe from Organa Labs I used to refill a Stiiizy pod. Great quality oil by the way. Got it from NuLeaf Lake Tahoe. When I first started a half gram pod would last me about a week and a half. Now it'll last me about 3-4 days. If you're worried about burning through them too fast I recommend stopping for a week then getting back on it. I usually get a gram and a half gram at the same time and those last about 3 days.
