To send photos or videos from the app, follow these steps: Log in to the app and click on the name of the frame you wish to send a photo or video to. Click the icon in the top-right corner. Select the Skylight (s) to which you wish to send your photo or video. How to upload multiple photos on a computer: Go to CloudPortal. Sign in using your personal email address and password. If you have not created an account and type an unrecognized email then it will prompt you to create a password. Select which frame you would like to send photos to.
