To promote family-centered-care while also providing a restful environment for our patients: visiting hours are between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Families are allowed up to eight (8) healthy individuals of any age on a visitation list for the duration of their stay in Legacy Tower. Health screening will be done before going to the unit.For clinic and urgent care visits at both health systems, there is also no limit to the number of visitors. At the UW Health emergency department, two visitors are permitted. At UnityPoint Health – Meriter, one is allowed for adult patients, and two are allowed for pediatric patients.
