I bought a 2020 PSE Stinger Max about 3 months ago as my first bow ever. Absolutely love it. When I shoot my buddy's $1500 Mathews I can tell the stinger isn't a top top tier bow, but i shoot it every day and have had no problems, and I don't know if you can beat it for the price.I have a PSE Stinger Max at measured on a cheap scale at 56.75lbs with a 30" draw. My current arrows are 28.75" length shaft, 8 GPI, 400 spine Black Out X5 Envy's. Mostly I'm shooting them because of what's listed on the back of the box. When I first got my bow I was using 500 spine X5 Envy's of the same length and 7.2 GPI but had the bow set ...Right now my top three are the PSE Premonition HD, PSE Surge, and PSE Stinger. I like the Premonition HD (package is $799) because of the IBO speed of 345 FPS, but I like that the Stinger X is much cheaper (package is $535) and will let me adjust the draw weight +/- 30 pounds as I learn, but the IBO speed is only 316 FPS and my main concern is ...
