I have the life steal and HP on kill talismans and the white mask helmet. All I need help with is a good stat spread to keep me at RL150 so I can take this bad boy (slaps top of ps5) online! Level up your arcane and infuse the caestus with the occult affinity. Can do that with the black whetblade found in Nokron after killing Radahn. This will vastly increase the rate at which the caestus causes bleed buildup. The majority of your damage for weapons like the caestus should come from bleed procs rather than straight physical damage.
