It says I have to do FATES, which one source tells me they're just random FATES and can be any of them in a corresponding region, others tell me that there are specially made Atma specific FATES. I haven't seen any Atma FATES pop up ...1. In a nutshell, 9 books for 9 upgrades, Atma stages of any relic are transition stages, each book ups the stats until you complete them, and are eventually awarded with an Animus relic weapon.
