If you were planning to use Kuva Nukor with a Glaive, don't bother. Condition Overload doesn't work on Glaives. For Glaives, use Catabolyst as a primer since it can dish out Corrosive/Viral/Heat and Kuva Nukor cannot.The Kuva Nukor has an extra status process but it’s based on the progenitor Warframe. As far as I know the Original nukor deals radiation damage. The original doesnt have it I dont think but if you Spy attention to your own effects when fighting a Lich you will see you have a debuff called Microwave that is seperate from Radiation and ... Each of the nukor elements have a use. Magnetic works alot better for status priming, heat makes it overall pretty strong and toxin is a given for something like a viral build. In my opinion, radiation is a waste, since Nukor already has that innately. Toxic can be good, because it will easily combine into either corrosive or viral.

I just got a toxin one and so far I've got it modded with 3 mods and I'm able to kill the level 110 grineer; the ones you get with level a 5 kuva lich.
