With aluminum CJ heads (early design) our 3250# T-Bird went 9.60's at 140 with no problems.521 is usually a 4.390 bore 4.300 stroke with 6.8 rods. 525 is usually a 4.410 bore 4.300 stroke with 6.8 rods. since the only difference is 514 is bored 0.030 over. 521 is bored 0.060 over. 525 is bored 0.080 over. it would seem that the 514 would be the strongest with the thicker cylinder walls.CNC-Motorsports offers an endless variety of Big Block Ford 460 545-557 stroker kits.
