Any time I get an injury I do the same thing. 5mg tb500 once per week, and 250mcg x2 bpc157 per day. Always feel better within a week, and recover in about a month. tb500 dosage - 5 to 20 mg per week in 2 doses; where BPC is 100-200 micro grams 1-3 x per day.
