Sensitive/painful nipples and period pain is always my first sign with pregnancy before I get a bfp. I obviously usually get period pain each month and sometimes painful boobs but never painful nipples! X. I'm currently 11DPO, AF is due Tuesday. I got a BFN at 10dpo..didn't test on 11dpo, but then got a solid BFP on 12dpo!
