Yep this exact thing happened to me I took a test on the 28 or 29th (10 or 11dpo) and test was negative. My period was due on the 1st, took a test on the 3rd and it came back with a strong positive. I was also pretty sure I was pregnant because I felt the implantation cramps on the 23rd of Dec(I had the same cramps with my first pregnancy)I was 11dpo with my bfp! , I was just feeling bloated gassy really dull cramps not like AF. I got a bfp at 8dpo and then at 11dpo had some light brown spotting which lasted a few hours. Im now 12dpo and the bleeding has stopped but I've also been having a few cramps and fearing the worst. At 14 dpo (when af was due) nothing but brownish spotting only when wiping. Then 15 dpo nothing at all. I am now 18 dpo.
