As far as inviting goes, guild permissions are visible only to the GM. Open the guild roster, click on "Details" and then the "Ranks" tab at the bottom. This lists all the ranks, no drop down. We miss some basic features as "Add member" and "Leave guild" buttons (I know there are commands for it it's not the point) and the most annoying thing no "wshiper" option on right click from the guild panel.
