I'm on L1 with initial PED upto Oct-2019(later on extended).My wife on L2 stayed with me in USA for a brief time and went back to India.She has a VISA valid upto 2022 and PED upto Oct 2019. While she was in India I filed for extension for myself and got it approved. Now my latest PED is OCT 2021. Can my wife travel to USA now.
