Final Fantasy 14 (or FFXIV) is one of my favorite games.. I started playing it on the PS3 in 2012 and graduated to the PS4 in 2014 (thanks to Square Enix's free upgrade after dropping PS3 support in 2013).. Final Fantasy XIII-2 is running with a better perfomance on Windows 7. It's running fine on fights/worldmap. Windows 10 - 15-20 fps. Windows 7 - 50-60 fps.
