The wiki for S&R:P doesn't apply to RlCraft, since in RlCraft has internal balancing. In 2.9.1 you need to multiply damage from S&R:P wiki by ~ 4 to get the damage you will receive in RlCraft. In 2.9.2 this multiplier has gone down to 3 due to multiple changes in S&R:P to try and maintain the balance. The only way would be looking in the scape and run config to see what is stopping them from existing in the overworld, if there is nothing then try giving mobs the call of the hive effect then killing them.
