I have a situation where I have a major test coming up, the MCAT, in 6 months where I am hoping to thoroughly review around 6000 premade cards of a variety of different subjects (chemistry, biology, physics, etc.) I downloaded a premade deck that is supposedly very good.However, if you insist on using the older decks, then you should know that u/Premed95 < u/Cubene's P/S Anki deck < u/jacksparrow2048's Anki deck. Each improved upon the previous! They're all based on the Khan Academy 300-pg resource. Premed95's is outdated, Cubene's is only for P/S, and jacksparrow2048's covers all subjects.

I find quite a bit of duplicates or cards with a visual explaining 3 definitions but then there is also individual cards for the 3 definitions. So I delete the 3 and keep the visual.
