Most people would recommend doing the challenges much later than you have been. You should be fine to ignore them for a while and just push forward gradually. Work on building up your seed production (Max Fruit of Gold first, then Pomegranate) and don't worry about challenges again until you've killed at least the fourth titan, maybe the fifth. #1.A good way to get EXP at the beginning is to do around 30 mins rebirths. With 30 mins, you'll get through the Basic Training and reduce each one by 10%, and you'll reach the next rebirth time marker for your Number, and you'll cycle through all those bosses over and over again, every 30 mins. Doing one basic and one 24 hour fairly soon after you unlock challenges is good for the first time rewards, otherwise you're probably better off waiting until later to do any serious amounts of challenges.
