I used Motul 20W50 I believe, and K&N Oil Filter every 2000-5000 miles. I have had my GSXR 750 for 3 months and have 4500 miles and 3 oil changes. About ready for another. From your pic, it is just an oil spot on the ground. You need to pull off the lower fairing, clean off the oil, run the bike and see where it is coming from.
