Gmc truck fan won't shut off
This is a very common problem on these vehicles. The problem here is going to be the blower motor control processor. It's located under the passenger's side dash, mounted just to the side of the blower motor. Engine will start with relay#15 (RUN/CRANK) removed which I thought odd. Service Manual suggests testing relay & circuit.

The relays are triggered by a ground signal, there are 2 wires coming from ECM that trigger them to come on with ground.
