imo the best super soul is the buu "time to take a nao" super soul, because you get auto ki regen PERMANENTLY but you're asleep at the start of the fight. that + meditation + a move that resets meditation (i heard lovely cyclone and data input work) are the best, completely removes ki drain from SSBE. as for damage, I like to use final explosion...Super vegeta: at super vegeta 2 it's 17.5% increase to ki blast Supers.
