Dec 9, 2016 · Worse online customer service. Shoe palace probably has the worse customer service. Their service number doesn’t work. And emailing often gets ignored. They did respond to me once, when I wanted to cancel an order. They asked for an order number, which I gave.. then they went and canceled a different order of mines.
