An Appeals Committee comprised of voluntary members of the Duke community reviews appeals weekly or biweekly at 3:00 pm in 248 West Union Bldg. on alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you wish, you may schedule an oral appeal before the Committee. Schedule your oral appeal immediately after you submit your appeal online.Please do not pay your fine if you are appealing it. Parking Citation Appeals An appeal for each citation issued must be submitted in writing or online within five working days of the date on the citation or the right to appeal is forfeited.
