IIRC, guild XP is 200% of Conquest points, so for every Conquest point you earn you get two guild XP. If your guild is less than a week old then you will have to wait before you can start earning guild XP. If over a week then just do anything that earns Conquest points. The more Conquest points you earn the more guild XP you will earn.Yes. If there are other in the guild, even inactive, you can promote one to guildleader and leave with /gleave.
