Glooms slowing is capped at 95%, which is basically fossilized. Nova's ability is capped at 75%, Nekros' augmented Creeping Terrify is capped at 80% and Cold proc is capped like at 70%. Just hit go, and any applicable frames in arsenal get their weekly invigoration activated.
